Living in the Balance

Hi, I’m Michelle

i’m a pilates instructor, a chronic class hopper, and someone who genuinely loves fitness and wellness. i’m also someone whose life gets in the way. who’s missed the mat, stayed out too late, and had to find my way back more times than i can count.

afterglow was built because of that feeling, not despite it.

this is a community for people who share the passion but also care about actually living their life. who travel, who go out, who move their body and then celebrate it. who know that balance isn’t a compromise, it’s the whole point.

health and happiness don’t live in perfection. they live in the comeback.

Late nights. Slow mornings. The ritual that always brings you back. Welcome to the House of Afterglow.

Movement

fitness that fits your life, not the other way around. showing up consistently matters more than showing up perfectly. find what moves you and keep coming back to it

Recovery

rest is not a reward. it’s part of the work. cold water, slow morning, and the rituals that bring you back to yourself are just as important as the session itself

Lifestyle

late nights and early classes. traveling and training. going out and coming back. Afterglow exists in the balance of all of it and we wouldn’t have it any other way

Community

built for the ones who don’t fit neatly into the wellness world because they actually live their life. messy, disciplines, and always coming back. you belong here

the Blog
